REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

You may return most products purchased from GARDENVETAFIX within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. The following conditions apply:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
  • Non-defective Items: For non-defective items, you may return them for a store credit or exchange, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note the following:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Non-refundable Items: Certain items such as personalized products, gift cards, and opened hygiene products are not eligible for return or refund.

3. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@gardenvetafix.com. Exchanges are processed based on product availability and are subject to the same return conditions.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Include the return authorization number and proof of purchase inside the package.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened personal hygiene products
